Delivery charges are Rs.200 and we offer free shipping throughout Pakistan on orders

It takes us 4-5 business days to deliver your order to your doorsteps. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as any gazetted holidays, will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed temporarily during peak hours or due to delays in information verification. Orders placed through our online payment system are subject to a fraud check and will be processed further once our payment processor has cleared them. For all cash-on-delivery methods, payments will be collected from the shipping address.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
